A Cava producer that rebelled against the expansion and mass production of Spain’s most famous sparkling wine, Raventós is Europe’s oldest family owned winery, established in 1497. Now labeled as Conca del Riu Anoia, this sparkling wine is an incredible value. Vines over 40 years old and a minimum of 18 months spent on the lees lead to incredible complexity and versatility.
